1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ocs88 platform (accessible at ocs88.app and any associated mobile interface), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ocs88 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the ocs88 platform. ocs88 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete identity verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including regarding your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ocs88 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify ocs88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ocs88 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ocs88 will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from ocs88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You must ensure that your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, remain current and accurate at all times. ocs88 will use your registered contact details for account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ocs88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and other payment methods as made available from time to time. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are generally credited to your ocs88 account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. ocs88 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be fully completed prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ocs88 reserves the right to apply a security review to any withdrawal request prior to processing, which may delay the withdrawal by up to 48 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ocs88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ocs88 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be forfeited without notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ocs88 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

ocs88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the event of:

• A manifest technical error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Any event or outcome that renders the bet or wager invalid under the applicable game rules.

Settled bets and confirmed game outcomes are final unless successfully disputed through the ocs88 dispute resolution process within seven (7) days of settlement. ocs88's decision following a dispute review is final and binding.

ocs88 does not guarantee the availability of any particular game, betting market, or odds at any time. Games and markets may be suspended, removed, or modified without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ocs88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of accounts by ineligible persons.
• Using automated bots, scripting software, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or financial situation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting through the use of bonus funds, or other strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Any conduct that ocs88, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ocs88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time alerts, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion tools accessible through your account settings at any time.

Self-exclusion may be requested for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. ocs88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ocs88 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ocs88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Amendments to Terms

ocs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the ocs88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ocs88 holds its international gaming authority licence.
